What you need to know before running the decoder:

- Before running the decrypter, make a copy of your encrypted data in case of a system outage or other failure, which will help you recover it

- Disable antivirus, which may block the decryptor due to the rapid removal of file extensions.- Run the decryptor as Administrator and you will see a console showing the file recovery process.

What do I do if my system won't boot?

It's very simple, you can move the files to another hard disk or connect your hard disk to another computer and run the file decryptor there, each file has a key embedded in it that the decryptor will see and recover it

I have more than one pc infected what should I do?

We have global decryptor options where you will use 1 decryptor for all systems, or we can provide a decryptor for each system separately that you run and monitor the recovery process

My QNAP is encrypted, what should I do?

You can connect your QNAP to any computer via smb and run decryptor on WIN system, it will detect QNAP and restore it, also we can provide file decryptor for linux\arm systems.
